Entry’s for Herdsmanship, Stall Reservations and Educational Display Entry forms Due
April 14th Educational
Display Set Up/ Workday Starts 8:00 a.m. – Sign up sheet closes at 10:00 a.m.
Educational Board to go up in
Old Pueblo Hall between 8:30- 9:30 Sharp
April 19th- Horses may start checking into the barn after
1:00 P.M.
April 22nd Stall check out 1:00 P.M. – 2 P.M. ***NO EARLIER than 1 P.M. *** Please come and find me once you are all cleaned up*** Must check out with me if you do not check
out with me you will not receive your stall money back. I have had too many issues having to track clubs down to check out.
I will have a table set up and will be sitting at it at 1 P.M. in front of barns. Please wait at table until I
come back to as I will be checking other clubs out (Stalls may be stripped of shavings judges are aware of this to help the
check out process) Decorations must remain up until check out
April 22nd
Final Judging of Herdsmanship will be sometime in the A.M.
April 29th Old Pueblo Hall exhibits are to be
removed at 6:00 P.M (NO EARLIER OR LATER) Please have removed at 6:00
P.M Sharp (Good idea to bring hammer, screw driver or drill to take boards down and possible step stool)
